Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PZN-PNN-PT ceramics near the morphotropic phase boundary

摘要
PZN-PNN-PT ferroelectrics ceramics near the morphotropic phase boundary line were synthesized by the columbite precursor method. Their structure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. It reveals that excessive content of PZN may lead to the decrease of perovskite phase, while moderate content improves the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics. The cause of this result was also presented. In addition, almost all the specimens are characterized with diffuse phase transition and frequency dispersion.
