A study of the relative basicity in Li2O-GeO2 melts

摘要
The oxygen ion exponents pO for the Li2O-GeO2 melts with the alkali oxide content from 0 to 50 mol % are determined by the emf method. ?he results obtained are compared with the pO values found previously for the Li2O-SiO2 system. The acid-base properties of the Li2O-GeO2 system are simulated using the data on alkali oxide activity and chemical structure of the studied melts.
