摘要
The paper presents the generalized algorithms for the identification of electrical appliances working in the household based on measurements of the aggregated current and voltage. Characteristics of the typical apartment and types of devices operating inside are provided. Detailed steps of the proposed algorithm are discussed, including the event detection and classification of particular groups of appliances. Selected features used for the device identification are introduced. Experimental results in various scenarios are presented, proving advantages of the proposed approach over methods used previously.
