摘要
Expectation of the quality of a software varies from user to user. A fuzzy approach to measure the quality of a software is very appropriate so that it can deal with non-crisp aspects of the various parameters. In the proposed model, ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (OIFSS) and relative similarity measures of OIFSS are considered in the backdrop of fuzzy multiple criteria decision making (FMCDM) approach.
