摘要
K417 Ni-base superalloy is extensively used as the material of turbine blade of aeroengine. The feasibility of improving K417 fatigue life by surface shot peening and recrystallization was studied. The result shows that the fatigue life under the condition of 650 degrees C atmosphere is effectively enhanced by surface shot peening and recrystallization. The fractographs of specimen are analyzed by SEM, and the mechanism of fatigue life improvement is discussed.
