摘要：
Infringement of personal and proprietary copyright laws leads to establishment of liability which is governed by several fields of slovak legal order. Core of this article deals with delimitation of mutual relations, conditionality, possibilities of utilisation and comparison of means of civil law and criminal law protection of copyright laws, all in the light of variety and intensity of unlawful breaches thereof.
