The Design and Implementation of Order Management System Based on BPMN in Small and Medium-sized Printing Enterprise

In order to fit in with the needs of information management in the process of informatization, especially the order information management in small and medium-sized printing enterprises, and make the order information transmitted and distributed efficiently in the printing process, we put forward to set up an order tracking management system. Aiming at the current status quo and problems, for example, large amount of data and difficult collecting, sorting and low timeliness, etc. we develop the system by using BPMN specification to describe the printing process model and JSF --- the standard framework of building Web applications, which could make the transmission of information between different departments in a timely manner, rapid and accurate way, at the same time, managers can check the orders' progress through the system in real time and provide customers with the latest information, improving the ability of information management and laying foundation for comprehensive informatization of printing enterprises.
