摘要
Organizational culture is a fundamental basis for an organization. The meaning of organizational culture in the lives of all the perceptions and attitudes that arise from the interaction of a person with a job, others, and the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the role of organizational culture on the performance of primary school teachers. To solve these problems we used survey approach with multiple correlations. This approach is used to explain the role of organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers. The results using these approaches suggests that the role of organizational culture on performance of primary school teachers who described the path coefficient of 0.066899, the value of t statistic of 0.903617 below +/- 1.654, it means that organizational culture has a positive role albeit indirectly against elementary school teacher's performance is made possible through job satisfaction.
