摘要:
Published data concerning various mechanisms of the inactivation of polyene macrolide antibiotics, ways of their stabilization, and search for new stable dosage forms prepared with the use of nanotechnology techniques were summarized. Environmentally acceptable ways of disposal of pharmaceutical waste, and in particular polyene macrolide antibiotics, were discussed.
