摘要
The strategic design of the logistic nodes is a fundamental aspect within the supply chain. This paper analyzes the strategic conditions and resources that define Antequera's potential as a logistics center of Andalusia. The capacity of the municipality to articulate a multimodal transport network is studied through the distance and time values required for the transport of goods by road with heavy vehicles with other logistic nodes, ports, and cities of the autonomous community. its storage capacity, the physical articulation of roads and the economic-financial impact of the transport sector in the municipality are also analyzed. The results show Antequera's geostrategic potential for intermodal coordination of freight transport, facilitating accessibility in cargo breaking operations and reducing transport costs. The municipality meets the requirements to function as a logistics hub in the management and interaction of the main industrial enclaves of Andalusia.
