摘要：
A method was developed for synthesizing new desulfurization catalysts by simultaneous sulfonation, amination, and halogenation of cobalt phthalocyanine. The catalytic properties of the catalysts were studied in oxidation of mercaptans in strongly and weakly alkaline media.
