摘要：
A bivariate multicanonical Monte Carlo simulation of the three-dimensional +/-J Ising spin glass is described. The autocorrelation time is approximately proportional to the system size, which is a great improvement over previous spin-glass simulations. The Binder plot indicates the critical temperature T-c similar or equal to 1.3. The order-parameter distribution function P(q) exhibits a feature of the droplet picture of the low-temperature phase.
