摘要:
The Agar gel single diffusion technique was used to investigate the changes in serum fibronectin (FN) in severely burned patients, and coupled with the study of simultaneous changes in internal organ function, the development of MOF and severe systemic infection. The results suggested that the deficiency or decrease in serum FN made the host more prone to severe systemic infection, even to MOF. (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd for ISBI.
