Inclusive hadroproduction of Ds mesons in the quark-gluon-string model

The hadroproduction of D-s mesons has been considered within the modified quark-gluon-string model taking into account the decays of corresponding S-wave resonances. Available experimental data on the inclusive spectra of D-s mesons produced in pi-p collisions and on the asymmetry of leading (D-s(-)) and nonleading (D-s(+))mesons produced in Sigma(-)p interactions have been described. The predictions for the differential cross sections and for the leading/nonleading asymmetry in pi-p and Sigma(-)p collisions at various initial momenta have been made.
