The Influence of the Equity of Social Security on the Elderly Mental Health Research

With the speeding up of the construction of socialist harmonious society, social justice, especially the fairness of social security have become the focus. Based on the empirical investigation data, the research found: China's social security fairness needs further improvement, and social security fairness three indicators have positive and significant impact on mental health of the elderly. Also found that, compared with the fairness of the pension system, health care system fairness is more significant for the mental health of the elderly; In addition, physical health, family economic status and parent-child relationship also have a significant positive impact on the mental health of the elderly. On this basis, in order to improve the mental health of the elderly and social security self-assessment fairness, putting forward several policy suggestions.
