Total Quality of Campus Life: University Students Experiences

Student experience refers to student learning and living development at higher educational institution starting from early admission to the university until graduation. Student experience is a key indicator in evaluating the quality of campus life. This study is intended to examine the total quality of campus life at higher education institution in Malaysia. The total quality of campus life is categorised into four components known as curriculum, co-curriculum (structured), unstructured co-curriculum, and support services and facilities. The population of this study are the final year undergraduate students from 20 public universities in Malaysia. Stratified random sampling technique was used in samples selection and self-administered survey was employed for data collection method. Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to analyse the formative measurement model for total quality of campus life. Findings exhibited that all four aspects were the constructs of total quality of campus life.
