摘要
It is axiomatic that the development of a civilization is predetermined by the development of ideas and the production of materials and energy. At the end of the 20th century, the most important problem for all of humanity is for each inhabitant of Earth to recognize the necessity of reducing the ecological pressure, which is increasing as a result of man's economic activity. The ecological pressure is intensifying as the Earth's population increases: over the last 90 years, it has increased from 1.5 to 5.6 billion people. In the same period, specific energy consumption has increased from 0.6 to 2.7 kW/person [1]. It should be noted that this figure is significantly (by 3-4 times) higher in industrially developed countries.
