Higher education and new technologies: Continuing education for engineers

This article presents in the first time, a training device on internet which has an aim to facilitate the access to the high-level technicians being at least three years old of vocational experience, wishing obtaining the engineer diploma by the continuous training way, with courses in distance preparatory cycle. And in the second time, to propose a discussion on the interest of this device and sharing the experience of Open and Distance Learning developed in our institution.
