Information system project of marine resource and environment based on MAPGIS

The management, analysis and explanation of seabed information need to apply GIS technique along with the exploitation of the marine. Based on geographic information software MAPGIS, this paper discusses the standardization and method of arranging the data used in the investigation of marine. And it designs the marine resource environmental GIS system to realize the integrative memorization and management, swift inquiry and retrieval, analysis and evaluation, and visual of the data with multi-source and different structure. It supplies the accessorial decision-making foundation to the synthetic exploitation of marine environmental resource with the relevant analysis instrument provided by professional analysis model.
