Evaluation Model of Patient Satisfaction Degree and Empirical Analysis Based on Rough Set

Hospital competition becomes more and more intense. In order to promote the hospital competitiveness, it's very important to evaluate the factors of patient satisfaction degree(PSD) reasonably, accuratly and objectively. In this paper, at the first, posed the definition of patient satisfaction degree Then created an evaluation model of PSD based on rough set theory. At last, set up the appraisal index system on the basis of the literature reading and researching on the hospital spot, put forward a new reduct approach, at mean time obtained the appraisal result based on empirical analysis.
