摘要
Under the action of the multi-coupled fields and the alternating load, the minute material defects and minute processing defects from the aero-engine rotor can induce the crack extension, and the kind of crack can also cause the catastrophic machinery failures such as the crash of airplane. In this paper, it proposed a novel method of the delaying crack extension, and the vibration control and delaying crack extension are investigated through the model of the aero-engine nonlinear cracked rotor with an Electro-Magnetic Actuator (EMA). We use the numerical simulation to calculate the breathing crack state figures and the amplitude-frequency curves in the different conditions of the nonlinear cracked rotor system. According to the simulating calculation to verify the feasibility of delaying the crack extension mechanism, the results showed that the EMA can realize the vibration control of the cracked rotor, and the goal of delaying crack extension also can be reached during the working process of the cracked rotor.
