摘要
The most important finding of Ulysses' solar wind (SW) observations (Ulysses/SWOOPS project) is undoubtedly a discovery of the relation between the SW velocities and the solar activity cycle that as the author thinks can provide a clue to understand the SW nature. It has been found that within the low activity epoch the whole heliosphere except of the streamer belt is filled only with high speed solar wind flows with stable velocities of 700-800 km/s whereas during the activity maximum SW in the whole heloisphere consists totally of slow streams (V<500 km/s) with isolated short living fast flows coming from the coronal holes. Subject of this study is the SW flow with velocities 700-800 km/s of the active Sun epoch. It has been shown that: 1) in the high activity epoch high and low latitude SW flows with steady limiting velocities 700-800 km/s come from recurrent coronal holes (CH); 2) recurrent CHs of the active Sun originate the solar surface zone with weakest magnetic fields.
