摘要
In the active distribution network, there are more and more distributed generations with strong randomness and intermittence, such as wind turbine and photovoltaic. As a new energy vehicle promoted by our country, electric vehicles will be heavily plugged into the grid with strong time characteristics. Both of them will cause great fluctuations to the power grid. To reduce the wind and light rejection rate, then increase the economic operation, this paper firstly analyzes the model of the distributed generation, electric vehicles and energy storage elements, linearizes them and the power flow calculation; Secondly, the mixed integer linearization day ahead optimal regulation model with the lowest cost established; Lastly, the case analysis verifies the validity of the model.
