摘要：
Real estate plays an important role in the development of Tianjin economy. It is of practical significance to grasp risk of the real estate market for stable development of the real estate industry. In order to analyze the real estate market risk, it is necessary to build a scientific system of risk indicators of the real estate market. A comprehensive index system is the basis of market risk analysis. This paper is based on the collection of data related to the development of Tianjin real estate industry. Risk indicators to the real estate market are divided into macro-categories of indicators, demand-type indicators, transaction type indicators, supply-type indicators. And on the basis given, the definition of individual indicators is also given to help form a comprehensive understanding of attribute measure risk indicators of Tianjin real estate market in recent years and ultimately the formation of a sound system of risk indicators of real estate market. The conclusions can provide decision-making and recommendations for real estate development enterprises, individual housing investors, governments and research fellows.
