摘要
There is potential of complementing industrial operator training using hardware prototypes with a virtual, game-based training. By means of six questionnaires, one interview, and a participatory observation in cockpit assembly we analyzed the current training in automotive industry from the trainees' and trainers' perspectives. Results showed that trainees run through near-the-job and on-the-job training under rigorous time constraints and supportive supervision of their trainers in order to learn the assembly operations. The integration of a virtual training into existing processes involves changes (e.g. trainers' tasks), potentialities (e.g. economy of time), and challenges (e.g. user acceptance). We present ideas regarding the training content, the temporal integration, and the user
