摘要
Small-angle and neutron diffraction studies have been carried out on the nanocrystalline alloys containing different ratios of Si : B. The nuclear and magnetic particle sizes were determined by both SANS and diffraction method. In diffraction measurements the presence of different crystalline phases were observed depending on the Si content. In high q region the SANS magnetic scattering shows that the local magnetization is not uniform in the FeSi grain. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
