摘要
CT3 steel was subjected to overlaying welding by automatic electric arc and using grinded the following secondary materials powder: glass, hard metals T15K6 and BK-8, grinding wheels (SiC and B4C), marble, X12 and P6M5 steels and cast iron chips. The powder mixtures were spread over the surface subjected to overlaying welding, and it was melted by continuously supplied low carbon wire arc. The layers containing much enough carbon and alloyed by tungsten, titanium, cobalt, chromium, boron, silicon, molybdenum, manganese were obtained. Changing composition of powder mixtures high primary hardness (up to 67 HRC) and secondary (up to 62 HRC) hardness layers containing inclusions of carbides and graphite were obtained.
