摘要：
The article analyses primary postulates and analytical prescriptions of how J. Habermas modernistically interprets the processes of creating the national community and the state, "ethnic" and "civic" nation concepts, the dialectics of national state formation history as a universal way of democratic development from feudal to globalized world system.
