摘要：
This article applies the knowledge-based theory of firm to discuss the firm's learning capability, an original source of its competitive advantage in the era of knowledge economy. Multinational Corporation can enhance its global learning capability from the respective of the value network, a new strategic pattern adapting to the external knowledge economy environment. And the article also puts forward five measures for the multinational corporation to improve its global learning capability.
