摘要
The objective of the research is to analyze the relationships between the different levels of price discount, at different price levels, with the constraints of price injustice, negative emotions, negative word of mouth communication, intention to change stores and consumer dissatisfaction. The research was developed in two phases: the first exploratory and in the second phase, there is causal research, of an experimental nature. As a result, significant differences are identified between the different price discount levels for the negative word of mouth communication, intention to switch stores and dissatisfaction constructs.
