摘要：

This Study used the Cattell 16 Personality Factor Inventory (16PF) to test the Shooters' personality of Hubei Province, in order to explore the personality traits of the Province shooters, provide a scientific basis for improve the athlete's sports performance. The study found that: the provincial team shooters' personality scores were significantly higher than the Chinese personality norm, the score of important and positive traits and negative trait were significantly higher than the national team, the traits of excitability and independence of the female athletes was significantly higher than male athletes, the score change trends of the three different sports level showed a higher consistency and no significant difference.
