Influence of Si substitution on phase components and magnetic properties of crystallized Nd4Fe77.5B18.5 alloys

摘要
The phase components and magnetic properties of crystallized Nd-4(Fe1-xSix)(77.5)B-18.5 (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.12) and Nd4Fe77.5B18.5-xSix (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 14.8) alloys are investigated. It is found that the addition of Si leads to a transformation in structure from bct-Fc(3)B to o-Fe3B phases and a rapid decrease in coercivity. The influence of Si on the structure and magnetic properties is discussed. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
