摘要
This paper presents and investigates the steady-state analysis of a topology of a dc-dc converter with a two-phase interleaved boost and voltage multiplier (VM) to achieve a high voltage gain in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM). Further, the mathematical expression for the voltage gain was derived and the procedure for components selection was presented. The proposed converter in the DCM was simulated to convert 15 V to 400 V, and this topology is found to be adequate for renewable energy applications such as solar photovoltaic (PV). Finally, a 106 W hardware prototype was implemented in the laboratory to validate both the analysis and the simulation results.
