摘要
On the analysis of the vertical shaft impact crusher, the basic principle of through to the rotor of the feeding port expansion and narrow, get the middle and top of the tip set extra hard by shock frequency, found in feeding port setting for 300mm when two groups of the tip set extra hard received the frequency of impact close to most. Modified rotor system, and simulation got in speed for 1600r/min of into partical two groups of the tip set extra hard by shock frequency. And to the improvement of the before and after the improvement effect of comparison, the life expectancy for ascending crusher is of certain significance.
