Tutorial-senior system is more in line with economics and management professional needs and can guarantee the achievement of the aim of cultivation through the teachers' teaching by precept and example and the seniors' personal guidance, creating good conditions and atmosphere of cultivation and bringing a well-organized teaching and learning mechanism.
