摘要
In this paper, a selection algorithm performances of hyperchaotic spreading sequences applied in downlink Direct Sequence Code Division Multiple Access (DS-CDMA) systems is analyzed. Firstly, the principle scheme and the hardware architecture description of a hyperchotic spreading code generator are presented. The generator permits to generate simultaneously an infinite number of multi-length spreading codes with good statistical properties, no repetition and high degree of security. Secondly, an algorithm for selecting the high efficient hyperchaotic spreading sequences for DS-CDMA based on the balance and correlation properties is proposed. Finally, performances of DS-CDMA system based on the selected hyperchaotic spreading sequences are compared to that of classical codes under AWGN and time-invariant multipath channels. The obtained simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed spreading sequences generator.
