摘要
Fault tree analysis (FTA) is a traditional tool used to evaluate the reliability of a system without considering the fuzziness and randomness of basic events. A new methodology, called fuzzy FTA (FFTA), is applied in this study to evaluate the reliability of flue gas turbines. The failure of flue gas turbines is determined as a top event and then a fault tree is constructed. The fuzzy probabilities of basic events are obtained based on historical malfunction data and expert experience. For qualitative analysis, 31 minimum cut sets are obtained. For quantitative analysis, the fuzzy failure probability of the top event is evaluated. The reliability of flue gas turbines is found to be about 0.8318, and the most important influencing factors are catalyst dust accumulation and blade wear. The study demonstrates that FFTA has great feasibility and adaptability in the reliability assessment of flue gas turbines.
