摘要
Electroencephalogram (EEG) is the recorded electrical signals generated by the brain. EEG signals can be recorded using electrodes placed on the scalp. The recorded signal is usually filtered and analyzed for feature extractions. These features have proven to be accurate enough for user authentication. This study provides a deep analysis of different approaches of EEG user authentication, their strength, and weaknesses and draws a conclusion on future directions in this field.
