摘要
The article deals with the results of the experimental formation of primary school children's visual-spatial perception. Research on the problem actualizes the primary educational task to teach children to recognize and reproduce the spatial properties of objects of reality. The article highlights the results of the experimental formation of the visual-spatial perception of primary school children. Visual-spatial ability as a functional unit of perception is defined, its structure and mechanism of formation are characterized. The results of the research are generalized by its purpose and tasks. Prospects for further research may consist of studying the characteristics of the perception of time and movement by younger students, distance to objects, and depth.
