Ergonomics and training in work environments

The possible basis of cooperation between trade unionists and ergonomists is the common interest in working conditions. Concerning ergonomics, other interests may also prevail depending on the text to which the problematic ones are integrated by the breakdown of study fields and according to the professional practice which depends on the status and the origin. The training of trade unionists in work analysis may be a special means of building the reciprocal confidence which is essential for cooperation and for the elaboration of work situation transformation actions.
