Music, Informal Learning and the School: A New Classroom Pedagogy

More than a decade from the publication of Music, Informal Learning and the School: A New Classroom Pedagogy, this book review presents a description of the research procedures used by Green (2008). From an analysis of Green's book, we describe the formulation of the problem, the methodology employed, and its results. We believe that this description can serve to illustrate and thereby assist music students in their learning with regard to structuring research projects in music and music education.
