摘要
This article describes a remote corrosion 1 monitoring system for reinforced concrete bridges. e system operates by sensing and transmitting wireless signals to radio modems in real time to facilitate repair of any damage caused by corrosion. This system allows safe installation of instrumentation devices on bridges, while I protecting the integrity and aesthetics of the structures. so it provides a historical record, season by season, of the in-service structures' behavior to help determine their remaining life and minimize unplanned maintenance.
