摘要：
Development of construction sciences and construction education in Russia passed a bifurcation point in communication to what there is a high-quality reorganization of all system. What potentials are expedient for integrating into the forthcoming period of development of science and education in construction? What partners are necessary to construction science and education in the forthcoming period? And, at last, what innovations will be demanded in the forthcoming period? The author offers the vision of answers to the put questions.
