Relationship between Administrators' Competencies and Internal Quality Assurance

The purpose of this research is to investigate school administrators' administrative competencies associate with implementation in internal quality assurance of small sized schools, Thailand. Researchers study the relationship and effect of administrators' administrative competencies toward the level of implementation in internal quality assurance. Research samples involved are 100 school administrators and 100 teachers who are the head of academic work, given a total of 200 respondents. A five Likert-scale instrument used to collect data. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis namely frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential analysis like correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. (C) 2013 The Authors.
