摘要：
A cooperation development organization containing system integrator and suppliers for development of Complex Product and Systems was concerned and the coordination strategy among them was discussed in this paper. After analyzing the R&D decisions in terms of cooperation, a R&D investment sharing policy was proposed. The optimum R&D investment ratio of the system integrator is analyzed with non-linear model derived. The result shows that the R&D investment sharing policy of the system integrator could increase the level of R&D innovation and reduce R&D time to obtain profit optimization.
