摘要
The current research is to analyze online learner perception of a web-based learning environment integrated with traditional classroom courses and their learning styles. One hundred fifty-six students at one university in Seoul, Korea were surveyed. This research is based on a web-based online tool, UniverCampus. The findings of this study, taken together, suggest various ideas regarding instructional strategies for a better online instruction. First, a few laggers' pains buried under the majority who well adjust oneself to a new learning environment should be recognized and resolved. Second, it is one of the most significant instructional strategies to establish the feedback system satisfying learners' high expectation and concurrently avoiding instructors' working overload. Third, there is a strong need for instructional efforts in maintaining the proper levels of learners' teaming load and also instructors' working load. Fourth, deliberate strategies, which lead learners to perceive an online instruction seriously, might be necessary. Fifth, it is desirable and yet easy to implement various instructional strategies as possible, which demand learning through the share of information and learning outcomes. Finally, especially if multiple online environments are concurrently operated in traditional classroom courses, support strategies should be considered in various dimensions for ensuring learners' convenient online participation.
