摘要：

The development of economy and Science & technology is constantly changing people's way of life. The sharply incensement of urban living costs and the acceleration on working rhythm are rising the people's psychological pressure; over exploitation of resources, environment pollution which are the non-direct factors impact on people's health is becoming more and more obvious, people's cognitive level of health and sports is becoming directly affects the health.
