Central serous chorioretinopathy in a patient with ulcerative colitis

摘要：
A 45-year-old man with ulcerative colitis who complained of blurred vision in his left eye was examined. Ophthalmoscopy and fluorescein angiography revealed serous retinal detachment in the left macula. The ulcerative colitis and central serous chorioretinopathy disappeared concurrently. It is believed that central serous chorioretinopathy observed in the patient may be an ocular manifestation of ulcerative colitis.
