摘要
Mega-Solar became one of the important parts in the global energy supply with current situation of the fossil fuels exhaust and replacement of nuclear power energy after the great East Japan Earthquake. As we know, Japan is a small country but with a large population density which need energy. Especially the power demand is obviously high. Also, it needs to reduce CO2 emission greatly based on the Kyoto protocol one of the effective way to reduce the CO2 emission is to use renewable energy such as wind and solar energies. For this reason, how to make optimal allocation of a large-scale PV farm which has the maximum power becomes necessary both for the world as well as Japan. In this study we are focusing on not only the introduction of PV also we are considering the landscape problems. This paper presents a way to analysis slope and high elevation which is an important issue for optimal allocation of large-scale PV include slope and high elevation fields for installing a Large-scale PV which gives us maximum power by using GIS technology (Geographical Information System).
