STRATEGIES OF BEHAVIOR IN DEMANDING MANAGERIAL WORK SITUATIONS IN SOCIAL CONTEXTS

Our research was focused on the problem of the selection of strategies of behavior in demanding managerial work situations in social contexts. The presented results of the study have confirmed the assumed structure of strategies of behavior in these demanding situations. On the methodological level the results obtained contributed to a solution of the questions of trans-situational stability and selection of behavior strategies on the basis of situation. These results have at the same time contributed to verification (e.g., eigenvalues, explained variance, Cronbach's alpha, etc.) of the original questionnaire SBDMWS (Strategies of Behavior in Demanding Managerial Work Situations) for diagnostics and prediction of behavior in demanding work situations in social contexts.
